Proposal Writer

Position overview :

The  RFP Specialist  will play a crucial role in supporting NetCom Learning s efforts to secure business through high-quality Request for Proposal (RFP) responses in India, UAE, and US markets. This position requires an individual with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work cross-functionally to manage the RFP response process from end to end. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including Solution Architects, Sales, Legal, Finance, and Marketing teams, to deliver compelling and compliant proposals that meet the client s requirements and highlight NetCom Learning s offerings. .

Key Responsibilities :

Content Development  :

• Draft, edit, and organize high-quality, accurate, and engaging RFP responses, ensuring compliance with the RFP requirements.
• Develop executive summaries, technical content, value propositions, and supporting documents for proposals.
• Maintain a repository of reusable content, boilerplates, and past performance data to streamline future responses.
