Position Overview
The General Manager – Sales will lead the company's sales strategy and business development initiatives in the Mumbai region. The role involves driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and expanding the company’s Integrated Facility Management (IFM) portfolio across key sectors such as corporate offices, healthcare, manufacturing, retail, and education.
Key Responsibilities :
∙Business Development & Revenue Growth
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets for Mumbai region.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across IFM verticals (Housekeeping, Engineering, etc.).
- Prepare and present customized proposals, bids, and presentations to prospective clients.
∙Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with CXOs, decision makers, and procurement heads.Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and position the company as a trusted partner.Partner with operations teams to ensure smooth service transitions and contract mobilization.∙Market Intelligence & Strategy
Track competitor activities, market trends, and emerging opportunities.Recommend innovative service solutions and value additions to differentiate CLR in the market.Contribute to brand visibility through networking, industry forums, and partnerships.Desired Candidate Profile :
Graduate / Post-Graduate in Business Management or related field.12–18 years of experience in B2B Sales, with at least 10 years in Facility Management / Services industry.Proven track record of achieving large account acquisitions and revenue growth.Strong network in Mumbai across corporate, industrial, and institutional sectors.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Key Competencies :
