About Retail Lending
The Retail Lending department focuses on the lending business of the bank by offering various loan products like Home Loans, Car Loans, and Personal Loans among others. They also offer working capital loans and Business loans for Small Businesses and is also responsible for the rural lending business of the bank
About the Role
The Central ops processes role is responsible for pan-India monitoring and implementation of policies and modification of processes of as per requirement. They are also responsible for regulatory reporting process compliance. They are also responsible for analysis of existing processes and recommendation of process changes to ensure cost savings, optimization of resources and enhancement of operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for identification of process risks and defining manual and system controls to mitigate the risks.
Responsible for operationalizing new SBB Loan products as per requirement from business in co-ordination with technology team for various system developments
Ensure Process management - Regulatory and Process Compliances
Ensure fee recovery and income booking - Income Leakage
Ensure customer request and query resolution within the stipulated TAT
Responsible for audit and compliance for Central Ops related activities
Ensure closure of daily activity within TAT (Disb. Request, updating Stock statement, DP, Insurance, Inspection etc)
Responsible for Report Management for overall portfolio (irregularities , exception management of transactions)
Ensure Manpower Management - Training, support for preparation of SOP & Process improvement, Special assignment, support provided to Existing CPC, participation in new initiatives / testing etc.
Ensure Process Management - Effective implementation of Operational Risk management framework
Qualifications
Graduate / Post-graduate in Management
2 8 years of experience in a large consumer lending organization handling central / regional role in Operations
