Having gone from 0 → 1, we’re now scaling rapidly and seeing massive market pull from global customers. Our mission is to help enterprises operationalize AI seamlessly from experimentation to production and unlock the next wave of intelligent products.

The Role

We’re looking for smart, driven generalists to join the Founder’s Office, focused on Growth.

This is a high-impact role working directly with the founders across a wide range of problems from GTM experiments and strategic initiatives to product launches, ops, and partnerships.

If you thrive in ambiguity, love solving business problems end-to-end, and can switch gears between decks, data, and discussions you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive strategic growth initiatives from identifying new opportunities to designing and executing them.
  • Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to accelerate GTM velocity for our AI Gateway and platform offerings.
  • Build models, decks, and narratives to support fundraising, partnerships, or new launches.
  • Own competitive and market intelligence to guide leadership decisions.
  • Help streamline internal ops, metrics, and planning processes as we scale.
  • Act as a force multiplier to the founders anticipating needs, driving alignment, and ensuring execution.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–6 years of experience in consulting, VC, startups, or growth / strategy roles.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills you can go from 0 to structured fast.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a bias for execution.
  • Strong storytelling and presentation skills.
  • Curiosity about AI infrastructure, developer platforms, or enterprise tech (you don’t need to be an engineer, but you should love learning fast).
