Position Overview :

The Head - Finance Process & Systems will lead the implementation and stabilization of SHAPE+ (SAP-based) platform across Finance, with a core focus on Accounts Payable (AP), followed by Accounts Receivable (AR) and related reporting processes. This role will act as the bridge between finance operations and system transformation, ensuring end-to-end process excellence, data accuracy, and system adoption across functions and regions. It will drive design governance, testing, training, deployment, and user support for SHAPE+ modules. Job Purpose :

To lead the process transformation and SAP SHAPE+ system implementation across core finance modules-starting with AP and expanding to AR and reporting. The role will ensure operational readiness, control adherence, and long-term sustainability of financial processes enabled by SHAPE+. Key

SHAPE+ Implementation Leadership

• Act as the program lead for Finance on SHAPE+ rollout and execution across India.
• Lead end-t o-end system implementation for AP, AR, and finance reporting modules.
• Govern business blueprinting, configuration reviews, and test cycle validations.
