Key Responsibilities

Plan and manage social media strategies for multiple brands

Create monthly content calendars that match business goals

Lead content ideas and campaigns for posts, reels, and events

Track performance and improve strategies based on results

Work with influencers, partners, and manage events

Oversee paid promotions and ad campaigns

Work with designers, video editors, and photographers to tell a consistent story

Build community engagement and authentic interactions

Keep up with trends, social media tools, and updates

Requirements

3–5 years of experience in social media or digital marketing (experience in hospitality and events preferred)

Strong understanding of content, storytelling, and analytics

Good communication, writing, and leadership skills

Creative thinker with an understanding of trends and what resonates with the target audience

Knowledge of music genres, nightlife, and event trends

Interest in hospitality, lifestyle, and experiential branding

Based in Mumbai and ready to join immediately
