Role Overview

We are seeking a smart, systematic, and solution-oriented Senior Accountant to manage our complete accounting operations. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Tally Prime Gold with advanced e-Invoicing and e-Way Bill management, handle banking requirements efficiently, and maintain timely communication with banks, auditors, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full accounting operations including sales, purchases, inventory, and expenses.
• Maintain inventory and stock records accurately in Tally Prime Gold.
• Manage e-Invoice and e-Way Bill generation within Tally Prime Advance.
• Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly financial reports.
• Manage GST, TDS, and other tax compliance requirements.
• Prepare and submit stock statements, financial data, and other reports needed by banks on time.
• Reconcile and maintain accounts payable and receivable.
• Ensure smooth coordination with banks for loan documentation, limits, and statement submissions.
• Communicate effectively with the company’s CA, clients, and bankers for payments and follow-ups.
• Think proactively and find practical solutions to accounting or operational bottlenecks.
• Ensure systematic, organized, and timely financial record keeping for audits and internal reviews.
• Support management with reports and insights for better business decisions.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (CA / Inter CA preferred).
• 5–8 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a trading or manufacturing firm.
• Excellent command of Tally Prime Gold with e-Invoice and e-Way Bill management.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and general accounting practices.
• Experience in preparing bank-related documents such as stock statements and loan compliance reports.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and business correspondence.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and systematic in work approach.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities efficiently.
