Job description

Experience Required : Minimum 2 years in sales / Customer service with a focus on customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities -

Identify potential clients in the customs clearance and logistics sector.

Present, demo, and promote Unifo’s SaaS solutions to potential customers.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through structured pipeline management.

Provide excellent pre-sales and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Support in competitive analysis, pricing intelligence, and product benchmarking to strengthen the sales pitch.

Work with Customer Success teams to enhance new customer onboarding experience and ensure seamless adoption.

Maintain accurate CRM records and contribute to forecasting and reporting.

Gather client feedback and collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to improve feature adoption.

Requirements :

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of the customs and logistics domain.

Proven experience in SaaS product sales or experience in freight forwarding / customs brokerage is of advantage.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Educational Qualification -

Engineering / MBA / Science / Commerce Graduates.
