Roles & Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and analyze data related to product performance (e.g., APRs) and patient complaints
• Ensure data integrity , accuracy , and accessibility for further analysis
• Apply statistical software and data visualization tools to interpret and present findings
• Identify trends , patterns , and insights from large datasets to support decision-making
• Prepare comprehensive reports with analysis results and actionable recommendations
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all data analysis activities
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in reporting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement quality improvement initiatives
• Provide insights and support for product complaint teams to enhance product quality and the patient experience
• Present data analysis results and recommendations to management and other key collaborators
• Foster strong relationships with internal and external partners
