We are seeking a highly skilled and diligent Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and that patient complaints are thoroughly analyzed and addressed. Roles & Responsibilities
- Collect, organize, and analyze data related to product performance (e.g., APRs) and patient complaints
- Ensure data integrity , accuracy , and accessibility for further analysis
- Apply statistical software and data visualization tools to interpret and present findings
- Identify trends , patterns , and insights from large datasets to support decision-making
- Prepare comprehensive reports with analysis results and actionable recommendations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all data analysis activities
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement quality improvement initiatives
- Provide insights and support for product complaint teams to enhance product quality and the patient experience
- Present data analysis results and recommendations to management and other key collaborators
- Foster strong relationships with internal and external partners
Technical Competencies

Basic Qualifications
