📍 Location : Remote | 🕒 Timings : 10 : 00 AM – 7 : 00 PM

💰 Fixed Salary : ₹15,000 / month

🎯 Performance Incentives : Up to ₹10,000 / month (based on client results and impact)

Job Summary

We are looking for a driven and knowledgeable Exercise Coach who lives and breathes fitness. In this role, you’ll design and deliver personalized workout programs for male professionals, helping them achieve fat loss, muscle gain, and peak performance through scientifically backed training systems.

You’ll work closely with Alphamen’s nutrition and mentorship teams to ensure every client experiences a 360° transformation — not just in their body, but also in their mindset and lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Assessment : Conduct detailed fitness assessments and consults to understand goals, body type, and training background.
• Personalized Program Design : Develop customized workout programs aligned with Alphamen’s training philosophy and transformation frameworks.
• Client Guidance : Provide 1-on-1 online exercise coaching and weekly progress reviews.
• Form & Technique Correction : Share workout videos, voice notes, and feedback to help clients train safely and effectively.
• Progress Tracking : Analyze data from progress pictures, check-ins, and performance logs to refine programs.
• Collaboration : Work closely with nutritionists, mentors, and the client relationship team for smooth program delivery.
• Continuous Learning : Stay updated on the latest fitness science, biomechanics, and men’s performance training trends.
