Executive / Team Leader – Product Implementation & Support

Job description
  • Monitor and troubleshoot production issues across backend services and APIs.
  • Perform root cause analysis and escalate to L3 or development teams when needed.
  • Manage and maintain Docker containers and Linux based environments.
  • Support and debug Fast API based micro services and SQL queries.
  • Handle deployment rollbacks, patching and configuration updates.
  • Maintain and optimize Nginx configurations for routing and performance.
  • Collaborate with DevOps and development teams to ensure system reliability.
  • Document incident reports, resolutions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
