Listing Executive

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Listing Executive to manage and optimize product listings across various online platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong MS Excel skills and a keen eye for detail to ensure accurate and appealing product representation.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, upload, and manage product listings on e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
• Regularly update product descriptions, images, prices, and stock levels.
• Optimize listings for improved visibility and sales performance.
• Monitor and analyze listing performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of products, pricing, and inventory using MS Excel.
• Coordinate with the accounts team for order reconciliation and reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate or above in any discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience as an E-commerce Listing Executive or in a similar role.
• Sound knowledge and hands-on experience with MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, etc.).
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
