Job description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Perform manual testing of corporate action processes on TCS BaNCS GSP custody platform.
  • Validate the corporate action lifecycle in line with GCC custody business requirements.
  • Develop, execute, and maintain test cases, test scripts, and test plans.
  • Collaborate with business users and technical teams to understand requirements and expected outcomes.
  • Identify, document, and track defects and issues using test management tools (JIRA, Zephyr, Confluence).
  • Ensure compliance with custody and corporate action operations.
  • Support process optimization and potential automation initiatives in corporate action services.
  • Provide recommendations for improving quality and efficiency of corporate action workflows.

Mandatory Skills :

  • Hands-on experience with TCS BaNCS GSP (custody product).
  • Strong understanding of GCC custody business, specifically corporate actions.
  • Experience with test management tools : JIRA, Zephyr, Confluence.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Exposure to automation or process optimization in custody operations is a plus.

    • Experience :

  • 5+ years in manual testing within custody or corporate action services.
  • Proven experience in corporate action lifecycle testing in GCC markets
