Backed by Goldman Sachs Asset Management and Everstone Capital, Apexon now has a global presence of 15 offices (and 10 delivery centers) across four continents.We enable #HumanFirstDIGITAL : Key ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle recruiting for technical roles across engineering, product, data, and architecture functions.Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, project needs, and team culture.Design and execute creative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Indeed, job boards, referrals, and niche communities.Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.Screen candidates for technical fit, experience, communication skills, and culture alignment.Coordinate and facilitate interview process, feedback, and offer negotiations.Maintain excellent candidate experience and prompt communication throughout the hiring journey.Use ATS / CRM tools for pipeline management and reporting.Track key recruiting metrics : time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and pipeline diversity.Collaborate with Talent Branding and HR teams to support university hiring, referral drives, and DEI hiring initiatives.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).2–6+ years of technical recruiting experience in technology services, product, or consulting environments.Proven experience hiring Software Engineers, Data / Cloud Engineers, QA / Automation, DevOps, and IT roles.Experience with ATS platforms (Workday / Lever / Greenhouse / JazzHR or similar).Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and high-volume hiring cyclesOur Commitment to Diversity & Inclusion : Did you know that Apexon has been Certified™ by Great Place To Work®, the global authority on workplace culture, in each of the three regions in which it operates : USA (for the fourth time in 2023), India (seven consecutive certifications as of 2023), and the UK.
