We are looking for a Design Head to lead our creative function and shape how our brand is experienced across packaging, digital, retail, and campaigns.

Experience : 8+ years in design with at least 3 years in a leadership role (FMCG / lifestyle / consumer brands preferred).
Key Responsibilities :
Define and own the creative direction and design language for TBOF across platforms.Lead and mentor the in-house design team, ensuring output quality, efficiency, and creativity.Oversee packaging design, ensuring sustainability, functionality, and alignment with brand ethos.Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, social media creatives, website design, and digital content.Drive retail and offline design experiences (pop-ups, kiosks, exhibitions, store branding, merchandising).Maintain brand consistency across all visual assets.Work with leadership to align design with business strategy and brand storytelling.Manage external creative agencies / freelancers when required.Stay updated with global design trends, tools, and technologies relevant to food, wellness, and sustainability brands.If youre passionate about design, sustainability, and building brands with purpose, wed love to hear from you.
