Role : Siemens Opcenter Administrator / Specialist

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Siemens Opcenter Specialist to lead the implementation, configuration, and integration of Opcenter MES solutions with Teamcenter and SAP PLM. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in manufacturing operations, quality management, and enterprise system integration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement, configure, and maintain Siemens Opcenter MES solutions.
  • Integrate Opcenter with PLM systems (Teamcenter) and ERP platforms (SAP PLM).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient data flow and streamlined operations.
  • Support decision-making through integrated manufacturing intelligence and data visibility.
  • Customize workflows and manage system architecture for both cloud and on-prem deployments.

  • Strong hands-on experience in :
  • Manufacturing operations
  • LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System)
  • CALVIN (lab workflow and data validation)
  • Quality Management systems
  • PLM and ERP (SAP)

  • Workflow configuration and customization
  • Integration with Teamcenter and SAP PLM
  • Synchronization of materials, BOMs (MBOM / PBOM), and work orders

    • Middleware & APIs

  • Experience with ESB (Enterprise Service Bus)
  • SOAP / REST APIs, XML-based integration
  • Data mapping and transformation

    • Software Development

  • Customization using Java, C#, SQL, or scripting languages

    • System Architecture

  • Deep understanding of MBOM and PBOM structures
  • Deployment strategies for cloud and on-premises environments

    • Tools & Platforms

  • JIRA and Confluence for project tracking and documentation
