About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced IT Recruiter with a strong background in contract staffing (C2H / contract-to-hire). The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to onboarding top IT professionals across technologies like Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Testing, and Data.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end IT contract recruitment for multiple clients.
- Source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, Boolean search, and internal databases.
- Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with clients.
- Negotiate contract rates and terms with candidates.
- Maintain a healthy candidate pipeline for recurring contract roles.
- Work closely with HR & Operations for onboarding and extensions.
