Oracle HCM EBS Techno-Functional Consultant Job Overview

This role is a unique blend of technical and functional expertise with a focus on Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) Enterprise Business Suite (EBS).

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Oracle software solutions including OAF Customizations, APEX development, and Oracle JDeveloper. They should be able to analyze complex business requirements and design functional specifications that meet the client's needs.

In this role, you will work closely with both IT and HR teams, utilizing your strong technical skill set to implement and support Oracle HCM EBS solutions.

A Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field is required, along with 5-7 years of experience in Oracle HCM EBS implementations and support. Experience with Civil Services Policies and Procedures is desirable for roles in certain regions.

Key Responsibilities :

Analyzing and gathering business requirements for Oracle HCM modules (HR Core, Payroll, Self-Service, Absence Management).
Mapping business processes to Oracle HCM functionality and identifying gaps.

Technical Duties :

Customizing and enhancing Oracle EBS HCM modules using PL / SQL, Oracle Forms / Reports, and Oracle Workflow.

Performing system audits, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring data integrity and security.

Required Skills :

Strong experience in Oracle EBS HCM modules (HRMS, Payroll, SSHR, Absence Management).

Expertise in Fast Formula development and debugging.

Qualification :

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

5–7 years of experience in Oracle HCM EBS implementations and support.
