What will you be doing as HR Executive @ delaware India?

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage recruitment processes including coordinating with vendors, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new contractors.
  • Conduct inductions to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.

Employee Engagement & Communication

  • Support and execute employee engagement activities, celebrations, and wellness initiatives.

    • HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
  • Handle employee lifecycle activities — confirmations and exit formalities.
  • Initiate and track background verification (BGV) for new hires, ensuring timely completion.
  • Assist in audit preparation and provide necessary HR data and reports.

    • Training

  • Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating learning sessions.
  • Maintain L&D calendars and track participation.

  • Do you have a master’s degree in management or any equivalent qualification and at least 3-5 years of experience in HR domain.
  • Do you have experience in IT / Consulting industry.

  • Do you have understanding of HR processes and statutory compliances.
