Essential Responsibilities :
- Performs activities related to the end to end contract management process for purchased goods and services including Indirect commodities (IT, Software, Facilities, Professional Services, Construction, BPO, Travel, etc.) and Direct commodities (materials / chemicals, Tooling / Equipment, spare parts).
- Supports the broader global Global Supply Management procurement team with contract development, negotiations, approvals and execution within the existing contract management systems.
- Collaborates with the Global GF Legal team in cases where elevated Legal support is required as well as contract playbook continued development.
- Supports the development and implementation of company policies and procedures for procurement related to the contract management process.
- Ability to work across multiple commodity areas and support stakeholders globally in a timely and efficient manner.
- Works on other process improvement projects and / or assignments as needed

Law degreeExperience - bachelors degree with 3-6 years or JD / masters degree with 2-4 Years professional experience in corporate legal, procurement, and law firm / paralegalExcellent writing, editing, oral communications, communications planning, issues and project management skillsAbility to interpret legal documents and identify risksAbility to represent both commercial interest and legal interest of stakeholdersTravel - Up to 10%Fluency in English Language - written & verbalAbility to support some level of US work hoursPreferred Qualifications :
