Job descriptionAssist in GST filing , TDS returns , and other statutory compliance. Coordinate with internal and external auditors for audit processes. Maintain accurate documentation and filing of financial records. Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting principles, and relevant laws. Proficiency in Tally ERP. Strong knowledge of MS Excel and financial reporting tools. Understanding of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Key Responsibilities :
- Maintain and update day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally / ERP system .
- Prepare journal entries, ledgers, and trial balance.
- Reconcile bank statements and vendor / customer accounts periodically.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payment and collection.
- Manage payroll accounting, employee reimbursements, and statutory deductions (PF, ESI,
TDS, etc.).
