QAD Developer - Progress 4GL

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using QAD Enterprise Edition and Progress 4GL.
• Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and best practices.
• Implement non-intrusive programming techniques (e.g., ICT) to ensure scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Work on integration projects leveraging tools like EDI, Qxtend, Excelerator, and QRF.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and deliver robust solutions.
• Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system performance.
• Stay updated on QAD features, updates, and emerging best practices to drive continuous improvement.
