Location-Mumbai

Grade - upto AVP

  • To lead and manage the Agri Banking business across the assigned cluster / region by driving sales, ensuring portfolio growth, maintaining asset quality, and developing strong customer and stakeholder relationships.
  • Responsible for achieving business targets, expanding market presence, and ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulatory guidelines.

Key Deliverables / KPIs :

Business Growth :

  • Achieve monthly / quarterly business targets for Agri loans, deposits & fee income.
  • Increase cluster market share in Agri finance.

    • Portfolio Quality :

  • Maintain PAR (Portfolio at Risk) & NPA within approved limits.
  • Ensure timely renewal and monitoring of accounts.

    • Team Productivity :

  • Ensure 100% manpower availability at branches.
  • Drive team performance through training, reviews, and target achievements.

    • Customer & Stakeholder Engagement :

  • Strengthen relationships with farmers, FPOs, agri-MSMEs, and co-operatives.
  • Leverage government schemes & subsidy programs for business.

    • Compliance & Risk :

  • 100% adherence to audit norms, credit policy, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Zero tolerance for compliance lapses.

    • Innovation & Digital :

  • Drive digital penetration (UPI, KCC cards, mobile banking, etc.) in rural / agri segment.
  • Support adoption of new agri-linked financial products.

    • Requirements :

  • Graduate / Post-Graduate in Agriculture, Agri Business, Finance, or related fields (MBA preferred).
  • 8 to 10 years of banking experience with strong exposure to Agri / Rural banking with both b2b and b2b experience .
  • Proven track record in sales, business development, and portfolio management.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge of local Agri markets, government schemes, and agri value chains.
