About Intozi

Intozi is a fast-growing AI video analytics and computer vision company building cutting-edge solutions like Ikshana – AI Vision Agent, highway & mobility analytics, airport analytics, manufacturing compliance intelligence, and custom CV deployments across India.

We are looking for a Project Support Engineer who can ensure smooth deployment, onboarding, support, and delivery of AI-based video analytics projects.

Responsibilities

🔧 Project Deployment & Support

Assist in installation, configuration, and commissioning of Intozi video analytics systems.

Coordinate with field engineers for camera integration, network setup, and hardware readiness.

Conduct system testing, verification, and ensure readiness for PoCs and production deployments.

🛠 Technical Troubleshooting

Diagnose issues related to cameras, servers, GPUs, networking, and software components.

Work closely with the engineering team to resolve bugs, configuration errors, and site-specific challenges.

Provide L1 / L2 support for customer queries and incident resolution.

📊 Monitoring & Reporting

Monitor system health, alerts, and analytics performance through dashboards.

Prepare deployment reports, checklists, logs, RCA documents, and customer update reports.

Track SLA compliance and ensure timely ticket closures.

🤝 Customer Coordination

Interact with clients, system integrators, and partners for smooth project execution.

Conduct user training and help customers understand product workflows.

Support demo setups, PoCs, and pilot deployments.

📁 Documentation & Process

Maintain installation guides, site survey reports, network diagrams, and deployment documentation.

Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.

Skills & Qualifications

🔸 Technical Skills

Basic understanding of networking, IP cameras, NVR / VMS systems, and server hardware.

Knowledge of Linux, command-line usage, and basic troubleshooting.

Familiarity with AI / video analytics concepts (preferred).

Exposure to cloud / on-prem deployments, GPUs, and Docker (added advantage).

🔸 Soft Skills

Strong communication and customer-handling abilities.

Ability to work under pressure during project go-live and PoC phases.

Good documentation and coordination skills.

🔸 Education

B.Tech / B.E. / Diploma in Electronics, Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
