KEY PURPOSE OF THE JOB (Position Summary) :
- The position is responsible for leading the quality function and driving the overall focus on quality processes and indicators.
- The position is also responsible for conducting quality audits across the organization and developing and monitoring action plans and ensuring compliances on quality certifications.
- The position holder shall also lead the unit quality team, constantly develop their professional and technical skills, and thereby contribute to their career growth.

Strategic & Long-Term Planning
Assist Head-Quality in providing strategic direction to the unity quality functionDevelop all strategies, policies, design manuals related to the Quality function to meet continuous improvement needs, growth needs of the organizationEnsure that internal processes and metrics are aligned to create the highest quality and to ensure timely accreditationsCarry out periodic audits to ensure that the key controls are designed adequately and are operating effectively through the financial yearWork with IT team in the digitization of quality processQuality Indicators
Develop and maintain Quality Manuals with standard operating procedures and review them from time – to – timePrepare standard SOPs for key areas in discussion with functional heads and incorporate quality standards where requiredDevelop a basis of measurement of quality for all key areas to track quality scoresProvide feedback to consultants on quality indicatorsQuality NABH Certifications
Identify NABH quality certifications to focus on in discussion with Head Quality and management and develop programs for implementationBuild and maintain a long-standing relationship with the certifying agenciesLiaise with certifying agencies to keep abreast of latest developments and requirements for certificationCoordinate with certifying agencies in carrying out assessments for accreditationsEnsure adherence to required quality NABH standards and ensure that the organization has required certificationsQuality Audit
Develop the corporate audit program (calendar, audit group formation, templates, etc.) to ensure adherence to internal quality standards and to identify deviationsEnsure that the unit carries out quarterly internal audits and adopts measures to rectify deviationsUnit Quality Team
Constantly provide support to Unit Quality team members in terms of mentoring, direction & guidance from a functional perspectiveLead the team in sharing the required information from each unit for audit / certifications as requiredTeam Management
Mentor, provide operational leadership and technical guidance to the teamEvaluate the performance of team members and provide periodic feedbackEnsure the team is adequately trained, equipped, motivated, and adequately deployed to ensure completion of work in a timely, and cost-effective mannerMotivate, counsel, and coach employees to ensure a conducive working environmentQualification and Experience
Any Graduate + MBA15-22 years of Experience in quality.
