• 7Job Summary : Job Responsibilities : - Ensures that assigned infrastructure at the client site is configured, installed, tested, and operational- Performs necessary checks, apply monitoring tools and respond to alerts- Identifies problems and errors prior to or when it occurs and log all such incidents in a timely manner with the required level of detail- Assists in analyzing, assigning, and escalating support calls- Investigates third line support calls assigned and identify the root cause of incidents and problems- Reports and escalates issues to 3rd party vendors if necessary- Provides onsite technical support to clients and provide field engineering services to clients- Conducts a monthly random review of incidents and service requests, analyze and recommend improvement in quality- Proactively identifies opportunities for work optimization including opportunities for automation of work- May manage and implement projects within technology domain, delivering effectively and promptly per client agreed upon requirements and timelines- May work on implementing and delivering Disaster Recovery functions and tests- Installation, Troubleshooting and configuration of Windows / Linux based operating systems & Patch management.- Managing data backup and recovery.- Configure & Troubleshooting of TCP / IP settings & connectivity problems for client computers and add them to domain. Exposure in Active Directory user creation & deletion- AD Domain controller migration 2008 to 2019.- Managing Active Directory and Group Policies.- Active Directory implementation and Administration.- Active Directory Backup and Restoration.- Experienced in DCPROMO process and configuring OU structure, Global Catalog server, directory services.- DNS administrations and troubleshooting skill- Working on Active Directory replication, GPOs and FSMO roles.- Creating new group policies as per the Customer request,- User Management including Adding, Deleting, Modifying, Assigning Rights to the User accounts.- Provide systematic RCA and problem management for P1 and reoccurring issuesPowerShell knowledge at intermediate / advance level- Develop and maintain scripted and automated tools for management of the Windows physical and virtual environments.- Installation & Configuration of VMware ESXi host & vCenter.- Virtualization project SOW preparation. Execution of project.- Find RCA & solution for repeated & escalated issues.- Managing and troubleshooting HA and DRS environment.- Managing and troubleshooting on VMware vMotion, Storage vMotion, High Availability, DRS- Deploy virtual machines, use clones, snapshots, templates- Managing and troubleshooting standard switch & distributed virtual switch.- Managing Virtual Machine Snapshots- Troubleshooting with the help of VMware Logs & vCenter logs- Troubleshooting on VMware performance issue with commands- Troubleshooting experience on vCenter performance counter- Excellent knowledge of Hyper-V and System center- Installation and Configuring Virtual Machines for Server Consolidation and HA- Managing and troubleshooting Hyper V cluster issues.- Managing and troubleshooting on Hyper-V Replication- Create VM s, V-disk s and install guest OS- Configure and Manage Virtual Networks- Managing Virtual Machine Snapshots- Troubleshooting complex Hyper-V production issues- Configuring and managing virtualization hosts, networking, and storage resources.- Maintain and manage Windows Server 2003 / 2008 / 2008 R2 / 2012 / 2012 R2 / 2016 / 2019 infrastructure including high-availability Microsoft Hyper-V.- Maintain and manage SAN hardware and storage.- Ability to design robust processes for complex problemsMinimum requirements (Education Qualification & Work Experience) : - Knows ITIL concepts and can apply them effectively.- Must be independent, organized, self-motivated, responsible, and able to complete tasks with little or no supervision.- The ability to perform deep dive analysis of issues and be able to quickly resolve complex problems.- Experience defining and executing Disaster Recovery and Business Contingency Plans.- PS Automation skill and any hands-on experience on real time project.- ADFS knowledge- NTFS security, disk quota management.- ADFS administration and management- DFS management and troubleshooting skill- Good experience in Installation, configuring & troubleshooting of MS Outlook 2007 / 10 / 13 / 16 or Outlook Express, Office 365, Taking Regular data & mail backup of MS outlook (PST files).- Work experience on VMware ESXi 5.X, 6.X & 7.0 environment- Experience automating tasks with scripting and programming languages such as PowerShell- Knowledge and work experience on below Azure infrastructure technology.- Knowledge of System Center 2012,2016,2019 and System Center Virtual Machine Manager.- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience.- Certifications relevant to the services provided (certifications carry additional weightage on a candidate’s qualification for the role)- MCITP.- MCSA.- ITIL Foundation.- Cloud Certification if any.Preferred Qualifications : - Knowledge of Banking, Travel and Healthcare industries, their regulations and laws- Ability to plan activities and projects well in advance, and takes into account possible changing circumstances.- Hands on IT experience with Windows Server, Exchange Server, Active Directory, IIS, Microsoft Exchange, SQL Server, Certificate Authority and more.- Ability to Script- Working knowledge and understanding of Mimecast Email Security.- Working knowledge and understanding Microsoft Identity Manager.- Acts as the main interface between IT, project stakeholders, and end users- Provides technical support and guidance to various stakeholders, including business executives, IT admins, and end users in implementing messaging-based business processes-Answers end user questions relating to Exchange Server, specifically supporting the implementation of new deployments, migration strategies and troubleshooting problems that may occur in the deployment.
