Shift - Rotational - 9 am to 6 pm OR 12 pm to 9 pm. (No transportation provided)
Working Days - 6 days (Monday to Saturday)
Job Description
We need L3 level support folks who have supported in Dotnet projects & have General Insurance project experience. .NET Core, Microservices, MVC, AWS solid knowledge, docker, GitOps, SQL database etc.
Responsibilities :
Provide Level 3 technical support for General Insurance applications, ensuring quick resolution of critical incidents and service requests.
Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis on issues related to core insurance systems such as policy administration, claims, underwriting, and billing.
Collaborate with L1 / L2 support teams, developers, infrastructure, and business stakeholders to address and resolve incidents.
Analyze application logs, server behavior, integration errors, and database issues to provide in-depth diagnostics and solutions.
Participate in incident and problem management processes, including RCA documentation and preventive action planning.
Develop and maintain knowledge base articles, technical SOPs, and troubleshooting guides.
Escalate incident tickets through the appropriate channels and hold those escalated to accountable for responding in accordance with SLAs.
Proactive ownership and management of allocated ticket
Investigate any identified issues with the implementation and then proactively drive resolution.
Participate in critical (P1) incident RCA by providing root cause analysis and identifying corrective actions as well as contributing to preventative measures.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
3-5 years of experience in L3 technical support.
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in the general insurance domain strong understanding of policy life cycle, claims processing, underwriting, and regulatory compliance.
Microservices Architecture : Understanding the principles of microservices, including their benefits and challenges, and being able to design and implement them effectively.
API Development : Experience with building RESTful APIs and other types of APIs.
Database Knowledge : Familiarity with databases like SQL Server and MongoDB.
Cloud Platforms : Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Containerization : Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for deploying and managing microservices.
Exposure to monitoring and logging tools.
