Business Development Manager (BDM) / Sales Executive / Account Manager
with proven experience in
US IT staffing sales
who can bring in
direct client relationships
and generate new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and maintain new
direct client relationships
in the US IT staffing industry.
Manage and grow existing client / vendor accounts.
Generate new business through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn networking, and existing relationships.
Work closely with the
recruiting team
to deliver qualified candidates to clients.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth.
Negotiate contracts, rates, and terms with clients and vendors.
Maintain strong relationships with
hiring managers, procurement teams, and vendor partners .
Required Skills & Experience
3–10 years
of proven experience in
US IT staffing sales / business development .
Must have
direct client / vendor relationships
with the ability to bring in new business.
Strong knowledge of
US staffing models
(W2, 1099) and compliance.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and deliver results in a target-driven environment.
Comfortable working in
US shift timings .
