Duties & Responsibilities

• Fixturing Batch preparation defixturing of parts and maintenance of fixtures as per standards.
• Operation of Cleaning machine and other supporting process equipments.
• Inspection of fixtures before usage to ensure right fixtures of right quality are used.
• Follow process as per standards (QMSEMSInternal operation standards)
• Communicate to shift leader & quality engineer in case of issues
• Document and deliver the parts for coating process Ensure necessary identification is done for different groups ex. lot number testparts etc.
• Adhere and ensure everyone in the department follows to all safety requirements
• Involve suggest and implement HSE 5S OOE.
• Oversee failures and involve in implementation of preventive actions & corrective actions for internal and external complaints.
