Facade Designer

Position : Façade & Aluminium Door / Window Designer

Location : Valueline - New Delhi

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and detail high-end façade systems and aluminium / glass door & window systems for premium residential and commercial projects.
• Provide system drawings, shop drawings, elevations, and technical detailing using AutoCAD and related tools.
• Develop custom design solutions based on architect / client requirements, ensuring functionality, aesthetics, and performance.
• Must be familiar with prevalent façade systems , slim aluminium door / window profiles , and minimalist glazing systems used in modern architecture.
• Coordinate with internal teams, architects, consultants, and site teams to ensure accuracy and feasibility of execution.
• Ensure all designs comply with applicable standards for thermal performance , wind load , water-tightness , acoustic insulation , and structural safety .
• Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and assist in vendor coordination where required.
• Visit project sites for technical assessments, installation coordination, and design verification.
