Job Description :

We are hiring talented and passionate Chefs for the new opening of Pyramid Cafe Lounge & Bar in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh. Candidates with experience in multi-cuisine, continental, Indian, or oriental dishes are welcome to apply. The ideal candidate should be creative, disciplined, and have experience working in premium restaurants, cafes, or lounges.

Key Responsibilities :

Prepare and present high-quality dishes as per the restaurant menu.
Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning.
Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards in the kitchen.
Assist in menu planning and new dish creation.
Train and guide junior kitchen staff.
Manage food inventory, minimize wastage, and control kitchen costs.
Work closely with the service team for smooth kitchen operations.

Requirements :

2–6 years of experience as a Chef / CDP / Commis in reputed restaurants or lounges.

Strong knowledge of at least one cuisine (Continental, Indian, or Oriental).

Ability to work under pressure and deliver during peak hours.

Team player with good communication and leadership skills.

Preference will be given to candidates with lounge or bar experience.
