Job Role

We are seeking a Video Editor (Reels & Short-form Content Specialist) to join our creative team. This is primarily a remote role based in Vadodara , with the expectation of visiting The Brick Store (Vadodara) up to twice a week if required for smoother coordination with the marketing and creative team.

The ideal candidate will be skilled at transforming existing content—such as photos, project images, and old video footage—into engaging Instagram Reels, Shorts, and other social media-friendly videos . The role focuses on creativity, storytelling, and adapting to social media trends to bring our static content to life.

Key Responsibilties

• Repurpose existing photos and videos into short, engaging Reels and social media content
• Edit content with attention to pacing, music sync, transitions, and captions
• Apply professional color grading and styling for consistency across content
• Stay updated with Instagram and social media trends to create relevant, high-performing content
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative team, including in-person coordination at the store (twice a week, if required)
• Ensure timely delivery of content that aligns with brand tone and vision
