What You’ll Do

Translate client goals into clear operating plans, metrics, and weekly targets

Configure and manage Pipeline playbooks for research, scoring, and message personalization

Operate and optimize workflows across LinkedIn, email, and CRM-adjacent tools

Build reporting that quantifies impact on key client metrics

Train client teams on best practices and facilitate enablement sessions

Identify process gaps, design experiments, and implement continuous improvements

Partner with product and engineering to share structured client feedback

Present project status, risks, and recommendations to client stakeholders

What You’ll Bring

MBA with at least 2 years of post-MBA consulting or customer-facing delivery experience

Strong analytical thinking and structured communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight timelines

Hands-on comfort with spreadsheets, data tools, and automation platforms

Experience creating executive-ready decks and presenting client updates

A sense of ownership, responsiveness, and accountability in client interactions

Flexibility to align work rhythm with client needs across time zones

Nice-to-Have

Background in go-to-market strategy, sales operations, or RevOps

Experience in SaaS implementation, customer success, or managed services

Familiarity with CRM, sales engagement, or marketing automation tool

Compensation and Benefits

CTC : INR 14 LPA + performance-based bonuses
