Job descriptionImplement Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule. Monitor equipment breakdown and implement CAPA actions. Conduct root cause analysis of repeated breakdowns to eliminate & reduce the breakdowns. Ensure availability of critical spares. Manage systems and equipment data storage and maintain high levels of standards and accuracy. Monitor repair & maintenance expenses and ensure adherence to the budgeted norms. Ensure calibration of all equipments like pressure vessels, lifting equipments etc. Participate in cross functional improvement projects. Assist in preparing monthly MIS report. Adhere to daily and weekly checks to ensure smooth operation all equipments. Arrange resources required for maintenance activities. NA
