Job Description :
We seek detail-oriented professionals with hands-on experience in customer service operations, e-commerce, or operations management.
In this role, you will help build workflows, datasets, and simulations critical for benchmarking large language models (LLMs).
Your work will ensure that AI systems are tested against real-world business scenarios, validated for accuracy and compliance, and aligned with customer experience standards.
Main Responsibilities :
- Recreate operational workflows for compliance checks, audits, and internal controls.
- Validate AI-generated outputs for administrative tasks, compliance reports, and operational logs.
- Structure datasets that reflect refund logs, approval workflows, and compliance records.
- Collaborate with tooling developers to simulate dashboards and monitoring workflows.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
Familiarity with operations management and compliance workflows, including KYC, audits, refunds, documentation, and logs.Strong understanding of common tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, Confluence, and ERPs like SAP, Oracle, NetSuite.Ability to spot issues in AI-generated workflows and provide high-quality data for training LLMs.Excellent written communication skills for creating training-quality datasets and validating AI responses.Perks of Freelancing :
