PowerApps Developer

About the Role :

We are seeking a skilled PowerApps Developer to design, develop, and maintain custom applications using Microsoft Power Platform technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in PowerApps (both Canvas and Model-Driven Apps), Power Automate, and integration with various Microsoft and external services. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to transform requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing applications that improve business processes and productivity.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and deploy custom applications using Microsoft PowerApps, including both Canvas and Model-Driven Apps.
• Integrate PowerApps solutions with Microsoft ecosystem services such as SharePoint, Teams, Dynamics 365, and external data sources including SQL Server, Azure, and RESTful APIs.
• Automate business workflows and processes leveraging Power Automate (Flow) to improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and end-users to gather requirements, analyze workflows, and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Customize and extend Power Platform capabilities through PowerFX expressions, JavaScript customization, and the development of custom connectors.
• Ensure applications comply with organizational security policies, data governance standards, and scalability requirements.
• Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization for existing PowerApps solutions to enhance reliability and user experience.
• Stay current with the latest Power Platform features, tools, and best practices to deliver innovative and cutting-edge solutions.
• Provide technical guidance, training, and support to end-users and stakeholders to maximize adoption and effective use of PowerApps applications.
• Develop documentation including solution design, functional specifications, and user guides.
• Participate in Agile development processes, sprint planning, and regular team collaboration.
