Job Title : Manager – US Accounting (Finance & Accounts)

Location : Ahmedabad

Experience : 8–12+ years (with minimum 4–5 years in US Accounting)

Team Size Managed : 20+ members

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Finance & Accounts (F&A) professional with strong expertise in

US Accounting processes and proven experience in leading and managing large teams. The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day accounting operations, ensure compliance with US GAAP, lead continuous process improvements, and drive high-performance culture within the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 20+ accounting professionals handling US-based clients.
• Oversee end-to-end US accounting processes including AP, AR, GL, Bank Reconciliations, Month-End / Year-End Closing, Fixed Assets, Payroll Accounting, etc.
• Ensure accurate preparation of financial statements in compliance with US GAAP.
• Review journal entries, reconciliations, and reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Build strong workflows and SOPs to maintain quality and consistency.
• Monitor performance metrics, provide coaching, and manage team development.
• Coordinate with onshore / offshore stakeholders and act as the primary escalation point.
• Drive automation, process improvements, and operational efficiencies.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and corporate policies.
