We are seeking a seasoned Data Engineering Lead with expertise in AI and Machine Learning to design, develop, and oversee advanced data-driven solutions tailored for the manufacturing and retail sectors.

Design and architect end-to-end AI / ML pipelines aligned with business objectives and industry best practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI and predictive analytics applications.
Review, evaluate, and optimize ML models and code developed by the technical team.
Ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability of deployed AI systems.
Lead the integration of AI / ML models with enterprise systems, data pipelines, and APIs.
Stay current with emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Technical Expertise :

Strong background in Python programming and predictive analytics.

Proven experience in designing and deploying AI / ML architectures in production environments.

Expertise with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.

Solid understanding of data engineering concepts and model lifecycle management (MLOps).

Experience working on AI solutions for manufacturing or retail processes (e.g., demand forecasting, quality control, supply chain optimization).

Education and Experience :

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI / ML, or a related field.

Minimum 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
