As an
Area Sales Manager (ASM)
at Foxtale, you will lead sales operations for the
Pune territory
, driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and managing a high-performing field team. The ideal candidate is a strong sales leader with deep experience in
General Trade
within the
beauty or skincare industry
, and a proven track record of driving consistent business growth.
Key Responsibilities :
Drive
revenue growth
and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in the Pune territory.
Lead and motivate a team of Sales Executives, Beauty Advisors, and Distributors to ensure high performance and productivity.
Expand
market penetration
by identifying new business opportunities, outlets, and distribution channels.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, distributors, and trade partners.
Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and consumer insights to refine sales strategies.
Ensure effective implementation of trade promotions, merchandising, and visibility programs.
Track and report sales performance, team metrics, and market feedback regularly.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth product availability and brand execution.
Key Requirements : Experience :
5–8 years in sales, with strong exposure to
General Trade
in
beauty, skincare, or FMCG
sectors.
Location Expertise :
Must have deep understanding and existing network within the
Pune territory
Proven track record in achieving revenue and distribution targets.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical abilities.
Result-oriented with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
