Role and Responsibilities :
Sales
- % contribution to store sales and consistently achieves IPT / AUS / Conversion target set by the Manager
- Helps Manager in executing monthly action plan including events calendar
- Adheres to out-of-stock procedures as set by Manager
- Actively participates in the FIFO process and management of Testers as per guidelines set by Manager
- Number of focused services carried out (% contribution to sales) (e.g. You time services for CL)
- Effectively closes the Sale, thanks the customer, and invites them
- Customers Follow-up (e.g. 1-2-3 connect for EL, 2-2-2 for CL, 3-3-3 for BB)
Consultation
Greets customers upon arrival with a verbal greeting and smileFully investigates customers’ needs using open-ended questions and demonstrates active listeningDemonstrations and consultations are hygienic and educationalProduct and Technical Knowledge
Displays a competent level of Product Knowledge, and keeps up-to-date in this areaE-LearningAware of and adheres to security and cashiering proceduresPersonal and Counter Image
