You'll be managing content calendars, coordinating with writers, reviewing publishing schedules, and preparing strategy documents that actually get executed.You'll need to get your hands dirty understanding our clients' products—like, really understand them. We're talking "explain a complex e-commerce tech product to your grandma" level understanding.Because if you can't grasp what makes the product special, how will you make anyone else care?This role spans everything from high-level strategy (quarterly planning, campaign ideation, audience building) to nitty-gritty execution (writing compelling copy, designing scroll-stopping graphics in Canva, or sharing a design brief with the designer and yes, responding thoughtfully to comments).Oh, and you'll need to be comfortable ghostwriting thought leadership pieces for C-suite executives who want to sound brilliant on LinkedIn but don't have the time to write it themselves.
