We are looking for a Presales Solution Manager to provide functional and technical solutioning support for deals in Canada region across multiple industries. The incumbent must have expereince in providing technical solutions for AMS / AD and Infra deals. Roles & Responsibilities :
- The Candidate should have experience in defining Functional as well as Technical solutions knowledge including commercials for large and complex sales opportunities. Should have exposure in Formulating and leading presales technical / functional solutioning activity to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Should have creative mindset towards articulating the solution via presentations and demonstrations.
- Providing oversight to Presales team on ongoing activities along with leading critical pre-sales threads
- Design, help write / review RFP responses &Solution Proposal high quality bids and proposals
- Understanding of development processes, common solution architecture patterns, key infrastructure concepts such cloud hosting, deployment strategies, load balancing
- Familiarity with architectural & business analysis frameworks, compliance, and standards (e.g. TOGAF, UML, ITIL, ISO, SOC2, NIST etc.).
- To Estimate Solutions basis available information / Visibility. Understanding of various software sizing & estimation methodologies e.g. T-Shirt sizing, Story Points, Object Point, Function Point Analysis (Mark II / IFPUG / COSMIC), Use Case Points etc and able to apply basis opportunity needs.
- Working on & building solutions delivered in the latest software engineering methodologies & technologies including Agile, DevOps, Quality Engineering / Testing, Cloud Computing (IaaS, SaaS, PaaS, EaaS), Data Transformation, Architecture Transformation (Monolithic / SOA / Micro-services / Hybrid etc)
- Experience with working in wider solution architects to ensure all the client requirements are effectively captured in the solution and cohesively stitching a winning solution Qualifications : 15+ years of experience with solution engineering for implementation projects across ERPs, Infrastructure, integration, and Data Analytics Knowledge of Sales / Pre-sales process Knowledge of commercial models
