Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position located in Gurugram for a Team Lead role. The Team Lead is responsible for managing and coordinating daily operations of the team, ensuring smooth workflow and consistent achievement of targets. Core responsibilities include monitoring team performance, conducting training sessions, resolving issues, and ensuring adherence to company standards. The ability to provide strategic guidance, analyze performance metrics, and foster a productive team environment is essential. Qualifications Strong leadership, team management, and conflict resolution skills Proficiency in performance monitoring, data analysis, and process improvement strategies Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities Familiarity with logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce operational practices is an advantage Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environment Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field is preferred Proficiency in using tech-enabled tools and software for operational management is beneficial
