Process Lead- Payroll

Responsibilities Must Have

• Graduate in any stream
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in Global Payroll Processing
• Results and deadline driven
• Must have minimum 1-2 years of team handling experience
• Good experience in coordinating with customer and vendor for Payroll inputs and validation
• Computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Experience in HRMS / ERP like (SAP, SuccessFactors, workday etc.) Good to have :
• Experience in multi country payroll processing will be an advantage
• Experience on Payroll systems such as ADP Streamline, Celergo, SAP Payroll, CGI, Lessorlon, Decidium or Dayforce will be an advantage Educational Requirements Graduate
