Role & responsibilities
- Keep maintenance logs & report on daily failure activities.
- Timely closure of failures reported by Clients
- Coordinate with Client for closure of failures
- Coordinate with OEM for faulty material & maintain record of faulty & repaired items.
- Should be able to attempt fault with OEM immediately.
- Maintain failure inventory & record about DLP spares.
- Responsible for management of DLP spares.
- Timely execution of preventive maintenance.
- Ensure health and safety policies are compiled while maintenance activities.
- Carry out inspections of the faulty equipment to identify and resolve issues.
- Comfortable in supporting 24X7.
- Should be able to identify failures & categorize on priority basis.
- Report daily & weekly progress to Project Manager.
Experience / Skill Set
B.E / B-Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering.Minimum 4 years work experience in Metro railway Telecommunication systems DLP management.Telecommunication systems engineering knowledge viz. Gigabit ethernet, SDH, PAS & PIDS, Telephone, Radio, CCTV, Clock, CDRS, Telecom SCADA.Good understanding & knowledge on testing of Gigabit ethernet, PAS & PIDS, CCTV, Radio systemsGood knowledge about servers, Operating system & configurationExperience in systems fault troubleshooting.Should possess a good knowledge about telecom system configuration & frequent failures that occurs.Should be able to read as built drawings & identify the design implemented at site.Skills Required
