About the Compay

The company designs and manufactures innovative, problem-solving pet products —best known for their patented designs that make pet ownership cleaner and easier.

We operate a vertically integrated model that includes three U.S. injection molding plants, a 3PL fulfillment warehouse, and Amazon Fulfillment Centers (FBA / FBM). Our primary sales channels include Amazon, Walmart.com, Tractor Supply, PetSmart, TJ Maxx , and our Shopify DTC store .

We’re looking for a Controller who can bring structure, visibility, and financial insight to our multi-location operations, leading accounting excellence and supporting our next phase of growth.

Position Overview

The Controller will oversee all aspects of accounting, financial reporting, and internal controls , with a strong focus on inventory accounting, Amazon financial management, and cost control across multiple facilities.

You’ll ensure accurate, timely, and transparent financials while supporting operational efficiency. This role requires deep expertise in manufacturing cost accounting , Amazon FBA / FBM / AWD processes, and proficiency in Sage 100 Cloud ERP .

Familiarity with AI and automation tools for reconciliation, forecasting, and process optimization is highly valued—the company actively leverages intelligent systems to reduce manual workload and enhance financial accuracy.
