About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Verification and Validation Engineer (4–8 years) to design test plans, execute manual and automated tests, and ensure the quality of our IoT and AI / ML products. You will develop and maintain automation frameworks, perform functional, regression, and performance testing, and collaborate with development and product teams to drive defect resolution. Strong skills in Python, testing tools (Selenium, Jira), and databases (MySQL / PostgreSQL) are essential. Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive test plans and design test cases aligned with stakeholder objectives
• Execute manual and automated functional, performance, and regression tests
• Identify, document, and track software defects to ensure effective resolution
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks
• Collaborate with development, product, and cross-functional teams to ensure quality
• Knowledgeable in various testing methodologies and tools for IoT and AI / ML
