We are seeking a skilled Integration Engineer - IoT to design, implement, and manage seamless integration across software, hardware, telematics, cloud platforms, APIs, and IoT communication protocols. The ideal candidate will work with both internal teams and third-party partners to ensure interoperability and scalability of connected solutions. This role requires deep expertise in IoT systems architecture, data communication, and cross-platform integrations.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Integration Architecture Design :
- Develop and implement IoT integration solutions across software, hardware, and cloud platforms.
- Design scalable architectures to integrate internal and third-party IoT solutions into existing ecosystems.
- Ensure secure and seamless data exchange between IoT devices, edge computing nodes, cloud services, and enterprise applications.
2. API Protocol Management :
Develop and manage APIs for seamless data exchange between IoT devices and backend platforms.Work with standard IoT protocols such as MQTT, CoAP, HTTP, WebSockets, OPC UA, and Modbus for efficient device communication.Ensure compatibility with industry protocols and partner integrations .3. IoT Cloud Telematics Integration :
Implement integrations with AWS IoT, Azure IoT Hub, Google Cloud IoT, or private cloud platforms .Manage real-time telematics data from connected devices and optimize data pipelines.Leverage edge computing and AI / ML analytics for smart decision-making.4. Cross-Functional Collaboration :
Work closely with hardware engineers, software developers, cloud architects, and business stakeholders to ensure end-to-end integration.Partner with third-party vendors to onboard and integrate new IoT solutions into the ecosystem.Develop and document technical standards, best practices, and integration workflows .5. Testing Deployment :
Conduct integration testing, performance benchmarking, and troubleshooting across multiple environments.Optimize data flow efficiency, latency, and security in IoT communications.Assist in deployment strategies and maintenance of integrated IoT systems.Required Skills Qualifications :
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field .3-8 years of experience in IoT integration, software-hardware interfacing, cloud connectivity, or embedded systems.Strong expertise in IoT communication protocols (MQTT, CoAP, WebSockets, etc.).Experience with API development (REST, GraphQL, gRPC) and middleware platforms.Hands-on experience with IoT cloud services (AWS IoT, Azure IoT, Google IoT, etc.).Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C, C++, or Java for IoT solutions.Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP / IP, VPN, firewalls, cybersecurity in IoT) .Knowledge of edge computing, AI / ML integration, and data analytics in IoT systems is a plus.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a proactive mindset.Preferred Certifications (Optional) :
