Delivery ManagementLead SAP program and project deliveries — including rollouts, migrations, carve-outs, and upgrades — ensuring on-time, on-budget, and quality outcomes.Manage full delivery lifecycle : requirements, design, build, testing, deployment, and hypercare.Drive project governance, risk management, issue resolution, and change control.Oversee managed service vendors, ensuring SLA adherence and continuous improvement.Transformation LeadershipDrive digital and process transformation within SAP and integrated applications (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceMax, CPQ, Boomi, MDM).Define and execute SAP roadmap aligning with business transformation goals — covering cloud migration, automation, analytics, and user experience improvements.Partner with business and functional leaders to identify and deliver value-added SAP enhancements.Champion adoption of emerging SAP technologies (S / 4HANA, BTP, Fiori, AI / ML-enabled tools).Governance & OperationsEstablish delivery frameworks and PMO standards across SAP initiatives.Define KPIs, operational dashboards, and health checks for proactive service management.Collaborate with IT Operations and 'Run IT' teams to ensure seamless transition from projects to steady-state support.Manage internal and partner capacity, ensuring optimal utilization and skill mix.Stakeholder & Team LeadershipBuild and lead a high-performing SAP team, including internal staff and external partners.Serve as primary liaison between IT and business for SAP-related initiatives.Drive communication, alignment, and accountability across regions and functions.Financials & ComplianceOwn SAP project budgets, forecasts, and cost optimization initiatives.Ensure compliance with audit, cybersecurity, and data governance standards.Manage vendor contracts and performance reviews.Skills Required
