To lead OEM marketing activities by building strong customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective coordination and strategic planning.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve OEM business targets.
- Handle existing OEM customers and develop new business opportunities.
- Lead negotiations and finalize commercial terms with OEM clients.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Production, Planning, Quality, Logistics) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Prepare sales forecasts, pricing strategies, and business development plans.
- Manage customer RFQs, costing, and price submissions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer engagement and profitability.
- Represent the company at client meetings, trade shows, and business forums.
- Prepare MIS reports, business reviews, and strategic presentations for management.
Key Skills & Competencies :
Strong experience in OEM marketing in the automotive / manufacturing sector.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Strategic thinking and business development acumen.Good understanding of pricing, costing, and commercial aspects.Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and ERP systems.Qualification :
B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Automobile / Production Engineering (MBA in Marketing preferred).Skills Required
